Check out our Weston Wonders!
Thank you to the children in Mrs. Simms' first grade classroom for their wonderful performance at last night's Board of Education meeting. Also, thanks to Ms. Jones for directing the performance.

Fiedler Falcons share love of reading with Weston Wonders
Members of the Fiedler Leadership Council visited Weston on March 22 to read books to kindergartners. Council members brought along stuffed animals to give to each of the children.

Weston Wonders and the B Code
At Weston, we have many students who are following the B Code. These students show respect to each other and to their teachers and all adults. They know the hallway, bathroom, and bus rules. The students are ready to learn and are responsible. The students are safe and are nice to all people.

Students who continue to show the B code become Students of The Month. These students get recognized, get a picture and certificate, and eat lunch with the building principal and school counselor.

Thank you for partnering with us to teach your child about respect and about being nice to all-treat others like you would like to be treated. Character traits count! Be nice and be safe!

Attendance is vital at Weston!
Have you ever heard the saying, "Just showing up is everything?" Being at school on a daily basis is vital for our young students. It helps students soak in all information they are learning from their teachers, build routines and build relationships.

At Weston, the current average attendance rate is 96 percent. We are happy with this average, but will continue to work on getting it closer to 100 percent with help from all of our Weston families. Thank you for your help with this!
